Essentials Website

Three pages you choose.

Essentials Website is $499 CAD one-time for 3 pages. Choose your pages from the available menu. Additional pages are $199 each.

Premium Website

Up to five pages, ready for Lead System.

Premium Website is $999 one-time for up to 5 pages. Additional pages are $199 each. It is compatible with Lead System without the upgrade fee.

One revision round is included.

Monthly plan

A plan is required to keep a website online.

Choose one monthly plan to keep your site online. Hosting is the minimum required.

Hosting is $29/month. Website Care is $69/month. Lead System is $499/month.

Hosting and Care

Hosting keeps the site online. Care handles small updates.

Hosting includes no content edits. Any change requires Website Care. Website Care is for small routine changes, not full redesigns, major new pages, or complex development.

Lead System

Lead System is a separate monthly plan.

Lead System includes hosting plus lead capture and follow-up. It does not include the small monthly website update work in Website Care.

Domain

You own your domain.

Babineau buys the domain on your behalf; you own it.

Cancellation

Cancelling ends the live website.

If you cancel your monthly plan, your website goes offline. You can request its code.

Support

Support is for you and your team.

Support is for you and your team, not a helpdesk for people visiting your website.

Compatibility

A Lead System needs a suitable website.

Your website is compatible when it can carry a dedicated page with a fully built contact form, webhook submission and qualifying questions.

Essentials or another incompatible site needs a $599 one-time compatibility upgrade before Lead System activation.

CRM ownership

You own the CRM and the lead records.

You choose and own the CRM. Use Google Sheets at no software cost, or choose HubSpot, Monday or a similar paid CRM and give Babineau access.

If you cancel Lead System, you keep the CRM and full lead history. Babineau's automations do not transfer.

Results

Results are not guaranteed.

Babineau Enterprises does not promise lead volume, advertising results, rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Guarantee

7-Day Website Satisfaction Guarantee

After launch, you have seven days to review the finished website. If you do not like it, you receive a full refund and Babineau Enterprises keeps the website.

Guarantee

First-Month Lead System Guarantee

Actively work the leads generated in your first month. If you are not satisfied and can show that you promptly contacted and reasonably followed up through the CRM, your first $499 payment is refunded in full.

Refund timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Babineau issues an approved guarantee refund within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

You fund advertising beyond the stated launch credit.

Final scope, platform access requirements, update limits and refund eligibility are governed by the service agreement.

Website Care is intended for small routine changes, not full redesigns, major new pages or complex development.

Babineau Enterprises does not promise lead volume, advertising results, rankings, traffic or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babineau Enterprises' total liability for a claim related to a service is limited to the amount the client paid for that service. This does not limit any right that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Except for the written guarantees and obligations stated on this page, the website and services are provided as is, without any express or implied warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
