What is the difference between Essentials Website and Premium Website?

Essentials is $499 one-time for three selected pages. Premium is $999 one-time for up to five pages and Lead System compatibility. Extra pages are $199 each.

Does Essentials Website include a working lead-capture form?

No. Essentials can have simple Contact inputs, but not built lead capture. The Advanced Quote-Request Form is $149. Lead System still requires the separate $599 one-time compatibility upgrade.

Do I need a monthly plan after the website launches?

Yes. Choose one: Hosting is $29/month and keeps the site online; Website Care is $69/month; Lead System is $499/month.

What does Hosting at $29/month include?

SSL, software updates and backups, uptime and security monitoring, and email support for the business owner. Content edits require Website Care at $69/month.

What does Website Care at $69/month include?

Hosting, small monthly updates, maintenance, and support for minor changes. It excludes full redesigns, major new pages, and complex development.

Does the Lead System include Website Care?

No. Lead System is its own $499/month plan: hosting, lead capture, and follow-up. It does not include Website Care's small monthly website updates.

Can I add the Lead System to my current website?

It needs a dedicated page with a fully built contact form, webhook submission, and qualifying questions. Premium Website is ready. Essentials or another incompatible site needs the $599 one-time compatibility upgrade before activation.

Who owns the CRM and the lead history?

You choose and own the CRM. Google Sheets has no software cost; for HubSpot, Monday, or a similar paid CRM, you pay the provider directly and give Babineau access. If you cancel, you keep the CRM and full lead history. Babineau's automations do not transfer.

Who owns the domain, and what happens if I cancel?

Babineau buys the domain on your behalf; you own it. Ending the monthly plan takes your site offline. You can request its code.

How many changes are included, and how long does the build take?

One revision round is included; extra rounds are $99 each. Turnaround is about a week once we have your details.

What launch advertising is included with the Lead System?

Lead System includes $150 in launch advertising for the first three days after setup. With a new Premium Website at purchase, the total is $300.

What is the 7-Day Website Satisfaction Guarantee?

After launch, you have seven days to review the finished website. If you do not like it, you receive a full refund and Babineau Enterprises keeps the website.

What is the First-Month Lead System Guarantee?

Actively work the leads generated in your first month. If you are not satisfied and can show that you promptly contacted and reasonably followed up through the CRM, your first $499 payment is refunded in full.

Do you promise leads, advertising results, rankings, traffic, or revenue?

No. Babineau provides the website and systems in the selected offer; it does not promise lead volume, advertising results, rankings, traffic, or revenue.
